The selection process includes the following stages:

Marking Scheme

  • 1 Mark for each correct answer.
  • Negative Marking: 1/3 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test.

Male Candidates

  • Lift and carry 35 kg weight for 100 metres within 2 minutes.
  • Run 1000 metres in 4 minutes 15 seconds.

Female Candidates

  • Lift and carry 20 kg weight for 100 metres within 2 minutes.
  • Run 1000 metres in 5 minutes 40 seconds.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

  • Passed Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognized board, or
  • Possess an ITI Certificate from an NCVT/SCVT recognized institute.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 33 Years

Age relaxation is applicable for OBC, SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and other reserved categories as per Government of India rules.
